Our mission is to improve energy efficiency and keep homes warmer for low income and vulnerable households. Funding is available for insulation measures and energy efficient heating upgrades.

To qualify for ECO/GBIS funding through the flex eligibility route, you must be a homeowner or private renter and meet the necessary eligibility criteria.
Eligibility Criteria

Your home has a low EPC rating
As well as one of the below:

Your household has a low annual income

Someone in your household claiming a welfare benefit

Someone in your household has a health condition or is of an age that puts them at greater risk of living in a cold home
